FACTORY
The factory is another converted O-scale building. The original building had slanted, sunroof style roofing that was awkward for miniatures to stand on, so I added the grill work over it to show off the detail but have a nice flat surface for models to stand. The outdoor tanks were made from an HO tanker car cut in half and stood on ends. Plenty of pipes, strip styrene, corner brackets, and rivets were added to "industrialize" what was a mostly brick model.
